Our work schedule changes OFTEN - some days are devoted to candlemaking. When we're working with hot waxes we cannot answer the phones - so if you should hear our answering machine please do leave a brief message and a phone number so we can return your call.

Please include in your message: the item's Order#, Quantity you need, Date you require delivery and Ship-to city and zip code - so we can be ready to answer your questions when we call you back.


We Do NOT ship outside the 48 contiguous United States


ORDERING BY PHONE ~
You can phone in a Visa or MasterCard credit card Order and we'll process it OFFline through our local bank. We accept only US based credit cards.

ONLINE ORDERING ~

If you make payment online through PayPal we MUST ship to a "confirmed address" (which is the EXACT SAME address your credit card company bills to). To avoid this "rule" at PayPal please phone us with a Visa or MasterCard payment, then we can ship to whatever address you require within the 48 states.

TURNAROUND TIME ~
The current turnaround times are usually posted right next to the item - Look for the link that reads:
"Please Read here Before Ordering". Clicking this link will open a new window with transit maps to show the number of days in transit to your shipping address from our supplier. Please read this important information and provide a realistic "Date Needed" when placing an order.
